Christos Anesti

Christos Anesti

I found this poem while looking up the phrase I saw in today's episode of Heart of the City

I am risen!
I am no longer in the tomb.
Three days have I ministered
to those under the earth
and now they are set free.
And you, the living still,
have you chosen to live in Me,
that you may live and never die?
My resurrection is for you.
Today you may rise beyond
the bondages of the past.
You may rise with Me,
victorious in this life,
raised in glory in the next!
Christos Anesti!
Truly I have risen!

Howdy!

I am a 73 year old veteran of the tire business, having begun at age 11 in the summer of 1942. Learning all about the tire industry, from design to testing, manufacture, and distribution has always been a passion of mine. It has been my good fortune to become acquainted with some of the greats in the industry along the way. The industry turmoil of the last ten or fifteen years has been very intriguing, to say the least.

In the coming days, I want to publish a polemic against low-profiles, a diatribe against large diameters, a lament about low section height, along with wailing about wide tread contact patterns.
